A backlink offer headed “high DA links” provides a metric, but it does not describe the pages, audience or arrangement. What would you ask before considering it?
My review sheet would include a representative source page, the proposed placement, the relationship to the destination, whether the link is an editorial reference or a commercial placement, and who controls the source. I would also look at how the surrounding article serves its readers.
A third-party score can be one observation. I would not treat it as a substitute for inspecting the specific page or as proof of an outcome. Examples and transparent terms are more useful discussion material than a score alone.
