Editorial follow-up: make a metric reproducible
A hypothetical usage chart should specify its unit, time zone, date range, data source and counting rules. Ten thousand transactions is not automatically ten thousand people or ten thousand paying customers. Ask whether a reader could reproduce the figure from the supplied method. If not, record the measurement limitation instead of converting a large number into a conclusion about value.
