Editorial follow-up: read the exclusions before repeating a badge
When a report is cited, note its author, date, subject and explicit exclusions. Then write one sentence describing what it actually examined. If the document covers version A, do not silently extend the conclusion to version B. This is a general document-review habit: a precise description of limited evidence is more useful than a broad reassuring label.
