Editorial follow-up: review changes after approval
A final wording adjustment can alter a checked claim. If a hypothetical sentence changes from "supports selected file types" to "supports all files," the earlier approval no longer covers its meaning. Keep a dated approved version and review substantive changes against the source again. Decide who can make final edits and where the accepted file will be stored before handing the work over.
