Editorial follow-up: keep probability and payout separate
Even if an event's probability is understood, the offered payout is a separate part of the financial calculation. A frequent winning outcome can pay too little to offset occasional losses. Our house edge discussion explains expected loss and total wagers. Changing the story told about a streak does not change those underlying terms or create dependable earnings.
