When comparing lab and field measurements, record the conditions and the reporting window. A clean lab run on a fast connection does not recreate every visitor's experience.
For diagnosis, narrow the question to a template and an interaction. “Product pages feel slow when selecting a variant” produces a more useful investigation than a single site-wide score.
