Local citation services: what belongs in the handover?

I would ask for the source business-information sheet, listing URLs, changes requested, changes visible, unresolved entries and a route for future corrections. Any account or access arrangements should be agreed before work starts and handled privately.

What else would make a citation-service proposal reviewable? Providers can explain a deliverable or process with their affiliation disclosed. This is a scope discussion; it is not a live order and does not imply that any particular provider has been tested.

Include a reason for each chosen directory. A business may not need every destination a provider can submit to.

The handover should let an owner understand which listings matter to customers and which entries were investigated but left unchanged.

For duplicates, describe the evidence and the action requested. Do not silently treat a moved location, a closed location and an active second location as the same case.

An owner needs to approve the underlying facts before a correction programme begins.

I would include approved location status, publication verification and a list of exceptions in the final deliverable.

That creates a useful review meeting: the owner can confirm accurate visible information and decide what should happen with the unresolved cases.
