Editorial follow-up: calculate the cost of checking the output
Time the whole workflow on a representative sample. If AI saves 30 minutes of drafting but adds 45 minutes of correction, it has increased the job's labour requirement. Include that finding in the pricing decision.
Track minutes spent preparing inputs, generating drafts, verifying facts, editing and handling revisions. Look for recurring error types and change the workflow before offering a larger package. A smaller service with predictable quality can be easier to price and deliver than an ambitious bundle that needs extensive repair.
