Editorial follow-up: separate a defect from a new request
If an agreed spreadsheet formula is incorrect, that is different from a request to add a new dashboard. Compare the issue with the documented deliverable and acceptance criteria before deciding how to respond.
Explain the distinction calmly and offer a clear next step. Ambiguity should be discussed using the original brief, not resolved by automatically treating every request as extra work or every new feature as an included correction.
