Editorial follow-up: keep onboarding proportionate
A small proofreading job may need a single confirmation message and the source file. A longer website project may need a kickoff call, access inventory and staged approvals. Requiring the same paperwork for both can create unnecessary friction.
Review the process after delivery: which question prevented confusion, and which form produced information nobody used? Keep the useful checks and simplify the rest. The goal is fewer surprises during real work.
