Editorial follow-up: create a factual incident timeline
Use one line per event: date and time zone, communication channel, claim made, action taken and evidence saved. Separate money actually sent from numbers merely displayed on a website. This makes a report easier to understand and reduces accidental exaggeration. Keep originals privately; share only necessary redacted excerpts when discussing the pattern publicly or seeking general help.
