Editorial follow-up: use a missing-data label
If the record supplies 15 winning entries but says nothing about losing entries, label the result incomplete. Do not fill the gap with an assumption of zero losses. A review can report exactly what was provided, which questions remain unanswered and when the evidence was checked. That is more useful than assigning a precise performance rating to an unverifiable record.
