Editorial follow-up: keep a small version history
A comparison worksheet can include date checked, document title, relevant clause and a note about any later change. Preserve the earlier version rather than overwriting it when new information appears. This makes disagreements about wording easier to investigate. It also prevents an old review from looking current merely because its publication page is still online or appears near the top of search results.
