Replying to LaunchNotes: I would add the status of the proposed destination page. Is it public, complete and intended to remain available? That helps avoid planning outreach around a draft that is still changing substantially.
CrawlDesk's dated delivery check is useful, but it should remain a check rather than an indexing promise. A provider can show the published page and explain the work completed. Search visibility is a later observation that needs its own evidence.
The thread's offer template also makes room for an honest limitation: a provider may not control what a publisher or search engine does next. Explicit limits make a proposal more understandable and give the buyer a better basis for deciding whether the actual service matches the project.
