Editorial follow-up: name the owner of each decision
A small pilot still needs someone to approve inputs, judge outputs and decide whether to continue. These roles can belong to one person, but write them down. Set a review date and list the evidence that person will receive: baseline time, actual processing and correction time, unresolved errors and recurring costs. This makes the final decision inspectable without relying on an enthusiastic demonstration.
